About a Storyteller

My friend's daughter recently asked me what my two favourite things in the world are. Without hesitation, I replied, "walking and writing."

Moving at a slower pace allows for keen observation and vivid memories, the perfect ingredients for storytelling. Having lived and travelled across global landscapes over the past 25+ years, my biggest lesson from a life in motion is that storytelling is the foundation of communication. Some do it through acting, painting, photography, or music. I use the written word.

Before committing my life to strategic storytelling, I worked on the ground as a biodiversity ranger. That time in the wild solidified my relationship with the land and sea. Today, I combine that elemental perspective with an elite writing craft, specializing in telling stories from a client's perspective using their distinct voice.

From slow travel, sustainable destination development, and responsible tourism to environmental advocates and purpose-driven businesses, I help share deep, intimate narratives that connect organizations with audiences who share their values.
